Croggan Beach

is located down a private road, which starts about 100 meters from the phone box at Croggan. There is parking available, but access is by foot or cycle.

There is parking available, but you have to either walk of cycle to the beach.  Because of the extra effort required to get there, the beach tends to be deserted and may well be yours for the day.  The beach itself faces towards the mainland and has excellent views of Kerrera down to Seil and Easdale Island.  The sand is quite dark coloured and so can get quite warm on an incoming tide.   The road to the beach only goes on for another few hindered metres and ends in a small farm.
